Emerald Waste Services is the leading solid waste services provider in Northwest Florida and Gulf Coast region. The company is based in Freeport, FL and services Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. The service territory includes a number of high-growth residential centers and areas of extensive commercial real estate development, as well as expanding military facilities. Emerald Waste owns 8 Construction and Demolition (C&D) landfill sites and 1 Subtitle D, Industrial Waste landfill as well as a hauling fleet of over 150 trucks and a portable toilet rental servicing business.


Veridiam is a leading machined parts and custom metal tubing specialist serving as a major manufacturer of precision engineered, integrated build-to-print components for over 50 years. Veridiam manufactures assemblies, sub- assemblies, machined components, and precision metal tubing for medical device, nuclear, aerospace and power generation applications from high performance alloys including stainless steel and titanium. Managing the complete supply chain, Veridiam delivers a finished device to specification on time, saving time and expense. Its operations include three facilities in San Diego, California and one facility in San Jose, Costa Rica.




Victory Industrial Products, a leading manufacturer of custom enclosures and fuel tanks for power generating units, employs more than 200 people and operates from  manufacturing facilities in  Ohio and Arizona. The company manufactures custom-designed enclosures and integral fuel tanks, known as power packages, which protect the generating units from the environment, provide sound attenuation, and support the unit's electrical and exhaust systems. Power packages are increasingly used in a wide variety of industrial, commercial and municipal applications, including the provision of back-up power systems for hospitals, big-box retailers, airports, data centers, and correctional facilities as well as on and off-shore oil and gas exploration.  Victory Industrial Products' sister company, Victory Turbine Systems, designs and manufactures customer enclosure assemblies, filtration and cooling systems, stack and exhaust systems, along with silencer and plenium assemblies for the turbine industry at its facility near Dallas.

Container Recycling Alliance (“CRA”) operates eight glass recycling facilities throughout the United States. Employing approximately 150 people and processing roughly 500,000 tons of glass per year, CRA is the second largest operator of glass recycling facilities in the United States. CRA utilizes state-of-the-art automated ceramic detection and color sorting equipment, as well as full bottle destruction and decasing capabilities. CRA was sold to Strategic Materials June 2008.
