expansion into China. The company, with current facilities in
Wilmington, Ohio, and Preston, UK, has appointed Jason Carline as Vice
President and General Manager of the new, state-of-the-art facility.
Located in Tianjin, China, manufacturing operations at this location
will commence during the second half of 2006.

USA Expansion
The
expansion plan for China follows AddisonMckee’s recent announcement of
construction on a brand new 78,000 square foot facility in Lebanon,
Ohio - a move designed to provide 66% more manufacturing space than
current, with an additional 85,000 square feet for future expansion.
This facility will primarily serve the North American automotive market
with benders, end-formers and tooling, and the additional space is
required for the introduction of new products, an automation group, and
future business acquisitions related to other non-automotive markets.
